If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer 14-Day Easy Returns under the following conditions:


Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
    Any request made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Items must be completely unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging, protective stickers, and inserts.
    Any item returned with signs of wear or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the package must include a valid tracking number to ensure safe delivery back to us.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Once your return is approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for the return process.
After receiving and inspecting the item(s), please allow 2–10 business days for the refund or store credit to be processed.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@soulove.shop before sending it back.
Exchanges can only be processed once the original item has been received and verified to be in new condition.


Promotional and Discounted Orders

Orders placed during special promotions (such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or other limited offers) are subject to the following:

  • If returned as a complete set, a full refund or store credit will be issued for the entire bundle.

  • If returned partially, refunds or credits will be adjusted based on the promotional value of each item.

  • Items purchased with discounts cannot be exchanged for different promotions once the order is placed.


Gifts and Gift Cards

  • Items received as gifts cannot be returned for cash refunds and are only eligible for store credit.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or redeemed for cash.


Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as Final Sale, Mystery Products, or Free Gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
