Late or Lost Orders:

If there is no update after three business days, we recommend filing a claim with your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within seven business days, and we will assist you throughout the process.

Incorrect or Missing Items:

If you received the wrong item or are missing any products from your order, please contact our team at Support@soulove.shop within three business days of receiving your package. Provide your order number, a photo of the items received, and the shipping label so that we can investigate the issue.

Soulove Warranties

Lifetime Warranty

At Soulove, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our jewelry. This means that if your jewelry has any significant issues, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Gifted products are only eligible for store credit. The items must have been purchased from soulove.shop, and surprise products or free gifts are not covered under this warranty. Soulove reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.

Coverage includes:

  • Significant defects in craftsmanship or materials
  • Significant color issues in gold or silver jewelry

Does not include:

  • Lost jewelry
  • Pearl discoloration
  • Minor damage from normal wear
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

Defective or Broken Item Warranty

If you received a defective or broken piece of jewelry due to a manufacturing issue, you have up to 90 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Once approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
