Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after the purchase is made.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, orders can no longer be altered or cancelled as they will have entered processing for shipment.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided (e.g., missing building or apartment number), Soulove will not be responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries.

While our team will gladly assist in contacting the shipping carrier to help locate or redirect your package, we cannot guarantee recovery or issue refunds for orders affected by address errors.


Soulove Warranty – 12-Month Premium Coverage

Every Soulove creation is protected by our 12-Month Premium Warranty, a reflection of our confidence in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry.

This warranty covers:

  • Significant defects in materials or workmanship

  • Color issues or loss of plating on gold or silver jewelry under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Minor wear and tear or natural aging

  • Pearl discoloration or fading due to exposure

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper storage
